We are seeking a hands-on professional focused on results and passionate about developing teams to lead operations at our new Distribution Center in **Aparecida de Goiânia (GO)**. As a **Production Coordinator**, you will be responsible for ensuring the production operation of solar kits, guaranteeing productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to delivery deadlines. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating the daily production operation of solar kits. * Planning production scheduling according to business demand. * Leading, developing, and monitoring the performance of the operational team. * Ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency KPIs. * Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement actions. * Ensuring smooth flow of assembly, inspection, packaging, inventory, and shipment of kits. * Collaborating with PCP, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to ensure operational efficiency. * Leading Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives. * Participating in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety regulations and conducting team training. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience coordinating production, manufacturing, or industrial operations. * Experience managing operational teams and performance indicators. * Experience in assembly processes, internal logistics, or distribution centers. * Knowledge of the **Protheus system will be considered a plus**. * Prior experience in the solar energy, electro-electronic, distribution, or kit assembly sectors will be an advantage. **Work location:** Distribution Center – **Aparecida de Goiânia (GO)**.
