ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Description
**This position is targeted toward women/Black individuals/People with Disabilities (PwD).**
**OBJECTIVE:**
The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading the line/section team, ensuring operational performance through implementation of management systems, adherence to operational standards, and provision of necessary resources. Implements continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the plant’s annual plans and develops strategies to achieve goals via the master plan and the 90-day plan. Leads the team toward goal attainment while developing team members in accordance with company standards.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Manage the line structure team and all other personnel under the section/line within their scope;
* Drive safety on the section/line by identifying and eliminating all safety risks through clear risk mitigation actions;
* Lead and support quality assurance in the section/line;
* Develop and deliver the section/line master plan, including the 90-day action plan;
* Lead routine meetings, daily, weekly, and monthly meetings;
* Demonstrate leadership to develop and train shop floor/operations staff;
* Possess technical expertise in operations and leadership of their section.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, or related fields;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel;
* SAP knowledge;
* English proficiency preferred;
* Experience in production processes and team management.
