Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering (preferably Production Engineering), Information Technology, or related fields. * Proven experience in project and process management. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and predictive methodologies (PMBOK/PMP). * Practical experience in process mapping (BPMN), root cause analysis, and AS\-IS/TO\-BE modeling. * Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and process mapping tools (Bizagi, Visio or similar). * Ability to define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics. * Excellent communication skills, systemic vision, and ability to engage diverse teams. Advantages: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or Process Management (BPM). * Certifications such as PMP, PSM, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), CBPP. * Experience in establishing and managing a PMO (Project Management Office) or BPMO (Business Process Management Office). * Knowledge of BI tools for creating executive dashboards and reports. Project Management: * Coordinate the complete lifecycle of strategic projects, from inception to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. * Plan scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Manage cross-functional teams, fostering engagement, performance tracking, and effective communication. * Monitor progress and prepare managerial status, risk, and performance indicator reports. * Ensure appropriate application of methodologies (agile and predictive) according to each project’s context. Process Management: * Lead initiatives for end-to-end process mapping, diagnosis, and redesign (AS\-IS and TO\-BE), aiming for efficiency, productivity, and quality. * Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation or digitalization. * Standardize and document revised processes, ensuring correct implementation and adherence by relevant departments. * Establish, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs) for key processes. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen) and operational excellence across the organization. Leadership and Strategy: * Act as a liaison between technical and business areas, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and strategic goals. * Support senior leadership in defining priorities and managing the project portfolio. * Develop, maintain, and disseminate corporate standards and methodologies for project and process management. * Conduct progress review meetings, conflict mediation, and strategic alignment sessions with internal stakeholders. 2511160202461872932
