Client interface and continuous process improvement **Description:** ---------------- **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Goiana, Pernambuco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for managing supervisors and operational teams, including Leaders, Inspectors, Operators, Technicians, and Analysts, in service delivery operations for industrial clients. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational deadlines, and clients' contractual requirements. * Monitor performance indicators to drive continuous improvements in processes and team performance. * Ensure implementation of internal procedures, safety and quality standards, and sound operational practices. * Interface with clients to align requirements, priorities, and action plans. **Requirements:** * Experience in managing operational teams. * Experience in industrial environments, preferably in the automotive or auto parts sectors. * Knowledge of project management and quality management tools. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Residence in Goiana \- PE, Igarassu, João Pessoa, or Abreu e Lima.
