Perform activities using the Electronic Quality Management System (ETQ); 2. Conduct onboarding training for new employees and other training related to quality processes; 3. Ensure all operations are trained on applicable Quality Management System procedures; 4. Maintain the Quality Management System and continuously improve its effectiveness; 5. Support operations in activities related to the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and DHL requirements; 6. Ensure calibration of measurement equipment used at the site; 7. Prepare and approve Quality Management System documents; 8. Monitor internal and external audits; 9. Perform analysis and investigation of deviations and nonconformities; 10. Manage action plans established with departments to ensure effective implementation; 11. Participate in meetings involving the Quality Management System to ensure topics discussed comply with regulatory, customer, and DHL requirements.**Requirements** -------------- Completed undergraduate degree (Pharmacy); Active CRF registration; Intermediate Excel knowledge; Full Office suite proficiency; Knowledge of quality tools is considered a plus.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1.
