Job Summary: Responsible for managing documents, key performance indicators, and teams, while monitoring and optimizing the operation of photovoltaic power plants and ensuring process quality. Planning and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance ; ; ;Document and quality indicator management. ; Team management of in-house and outsourced personnel; ; Quality management. ; ; Monitor the operation and performance of photovoltaic power plants; ; Be responsible for planning and monitoring the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; ; Coordinate inspections of equipment and systems to identify failures or wear; ; Prepare reports, technical opinions, and action plans, ensuring proper documentation of incidents at power plants; ; Manage the inventory of consumables, being responsible for analysis and planning according to manuals and operational procedures; ; Participate in failure analysis processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and reviews of finished products or those under development; ; Coordinate inspection and electrical testing of equipment—including cables, circuit breakers, transformers, relays, metering and protection panels, photovoltaic modules, among others—at manufacturers’ facilities and photovoltaic power plants; ; Diagnose and resolve issues in equipment and systems of photovoltaic power plants; ; Ensure strict adherence to technical procedures when using maintenance tools, equipment, and instruments; ; Comply rigorously with safety regulations and operational procedures. ; ;
