Since its inception, **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public management, the growth and consolidation of health services provided to SUS users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the drafting and follow-up of responses to official letters and requests submitted by Public Regulatory and Oversight Agencies, under the supervision of immediate management; * Perform administrative interface with Legal Advisory Teams and related departments, tracking requests received via institutional channels and their respective deadlines; * Monitor and control requests forwarded to the General Advisory by directorates and business units, for purposes of registration, notification, and internal control; * Support the identification, verification, and submission of administrative information related to payments, according to established internal workflows; * Support the dispatch and follow-up of administrative letters concerning contracts and agreements, per instructions from immediate management; * Consolidate information received from other areas to support responses to official letters, clarifications, and administrative reports; * Support the receipt, organization, and administrative follow-up of civil lawsuits and related matters, activating responsible departments as directed by management; * Maintain updated area-specific controls, spreadsheets, and reports, providing information for managerial monitoring; * Support the preparation of meeting minutes, internal notices, and administrative letters, according to institutional workflows; * Provide administrative support to the General Advisory team, including temporary coverage as directed by immediate management; * Support logistical organization related to the area’s administrative activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and reimbursements, where applicable; * Carry out additional administrative duties compatible with the position, per institutional guidelines and instructions from immediate management; * Comply with all principles and conduct criteria outlined in the Administrative Compliance Manual – SPDM Policies and Integrity Principles; * Carry out responsibilities assigned by the Institution regarding practices to be adopted concerning personal data protection – LGPD. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in the field of practice; Relevant work experience in the field. * **Additional Information** * Work location: Corporate Office – Near Vergueiro Metro Station * 100% on-site work * Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours * Professionals employed by partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers, or those with familial or affinity relationships working in the same service or under alternative contractual arrangements (contractor relationship), must comply with current HR regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department.
