The professional will be responsible for conducting quotations, commercial and operational analyses, as well as monitoring timelines and departmental KPIs. **Responsibilities** * Conduct supplier research and analysis; * Lead quotations and negotiations regarding prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and supply contracts; * Monitor order status to ensure deliveries meet agreed-upon deadlines; * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers; * Control and update procurement spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and improvement; * Support internal departments in defining requirements, specifications, and priorities; **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Purchaser; * Knowledge of negotiation, supplier contracting, and cost analysis; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems
