




Job Summary: Assist in developing and updating production schedules, record and track production orders, control materials, and support performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and updating the production schedule. * Record and track production orders in the ERP system, ensuring all stages are properly updated. * Control and document material movement between inventory and the production department. * Contribute to productive capacity analysis and verification of resource availability. * Monitor deadlines and proactively identify potential delays or deviations in the production process. * Support the preparation of production performance reports and indicators. * Interact with departments such as Warehouse, Procurement, and Production to ensure agility and efficiency in internal operations. * Comply with internal quality and safety standards and procedures. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school; technical education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred. **Experience:** Prior experience in PCP or administrative routines related to production is preferred. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus). * Basic understanding of Production Planning and Control. **Competencies** * Organization and rigorous attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
