Creation, planning, and publication of content (text, image, and video) **Position: Marketing Analyst** **Work Location:** Franco da Rocha Region – SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 **Salary and Benefits** **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 Food basket On-site meal Transportation allowance or parking **Requirements** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields **Technical Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Excel Knowledge of social media and digital marketing **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and execution of digital and institutional marketing strategies; * Management and monitoring of the company’s social media and digital channels; * Creation, planning, and publication of content (text, image, and video); * Planning, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns; * Analysis of metrics and preparation of performance reports; * Development of initiatives to strengthen brand identity and generate leads; * Support for internal communications and development of institutional materials; * Proposal of improvements and new strategies to increase reach and conversion.
