Pursuing a higher education degree in Logistics, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related field is desirable. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in related activities required. * Inventory Record Keeping: Record incoming and outgoing items, determine minimum and maximum quantities, and monitor high and low turnover products. * Receiving and Storage: Receive, verify, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * Temperature Control: Record warehouse temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * Expiry and Disposal: Monitor item expiration dates, notify about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose expired products according to regulations. * Supply and Assembly: Prepare and identify kits for dialysis rooms and distribute materials as needed. * Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * Ordering and Planning: Place purchase orders and plan together with the operations manager. * Traceability and Collection: Manage material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to ICU. * Documentation: Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/EPPE withdrawals. * Collaboration: Work together with nursing staff on distribution planning. 2511080202181857070
