Daily audience engagement and social media management. **Job Mission:** Responsible for planning, executing, and managing Perdomo Doces’ entire content and social media strategy, ensuring linguistic, aesthetic, and narrative consistency across all channels. Activities span from strategic planning to hands-on execution, including content creation, social media management, audience interaction, development of paid traffic layouts, and performance analysis. **Responsibilities:** Plan monthly social media content, structuring the editorial calendar based on strategy, campaigns, seasonality, and business objectives. Create and develop visual and audiovisual content, including graphic assets, short videos, and native formats for social media and digital campaigns. Develop creative layouts and variations for paid traffic campaigns, adhering to brand identity, campaign objectives, and performance best practices. Produce creative and strategic copy (including captions, short scripts, and campaign narratives), aligning brand, audience, and purpose. Execute and manage daily social media operations, including posts, stories, and performance tracking. Manage customer interactions by responding to comments and messages in alignment with the brand’s voice. **Requirements:** Prior experience in related responsibilities; Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations or Marketing; Proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar). **Additional Information:** PJ Contract
