Job Description We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer — a creative professional with excellent aesthetic sense and autonomy to serve as a cornerstone in producing visual and audiovisual materials for our brand. You will independently manage the entire creative production pipeline, from participating in the conceptualization of graphic assets to editing and finalizing videos. The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual repertoire, technical mastery of relevant tools, and a portfolio demonstrating consistent delivery of high-quality work. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key Responsibilities Conceptualization and Strategy: * Actively participate in the visual conception of campaigns, collaborating with marketing, copywriting, and paid traffic teams. * Ensure correct application of the brand guidelines (brand guide) across all projects. * Propose creative and effective communication solutions aligned with business objectives. Graphic Design: * Create and adapt the brand’s visual identity across multiple formats (digital, print, e-books, presentations). * Produce high-impact social media posts and layouts, banners, and email marketing materials. * Develop infographics and rich media content focused on performance and clarity. Video Editing: * Edit videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), paid traffic campaigns, corporate videos, and tutorials. * Apply motion graphics, intros/outros, captions, and visual effects to enhance content. * Perform color grading, audio mixing, and soundtrack synchronization. * Organize and manage raw footage archives using structured methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Qualifications: * Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a graphic designer and video editor. * Portfolio required: must demonstrate strong capabilities in both areas. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. * Strong aesthetic sensibility: solid knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. * Ability to independently manage creative projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued): * Experience creating performance-oriented creatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Knowledge of UX/UI design and familiarity with Figma. * Experience in video shooting and photography. * Proficiency with productivity and project management tools such as Notion, Trello, and Canva Pro. * Strategic understanding of branding and performance in digital environments.
