Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing tender processes, ensuring strategic participation in public auctions with a focus on medical-hospital supplies. Growth within an innovative market We are seeking a professional to identify, analyze, and manage tender processes, ensuring the company’s strategic participation in public auctions, with emphasis on medical-hospital supply opportunities, while guaranteeing competitiveness, documentary compliance, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily monitoring of tender notices on public procurement portals. * Analysis of opportunities and technical/commercial feasibility of tender processes. * Registration and submission of proposals on electronic auction systems (e.g., ComprasNet, Banco do Brasil, among others). * Active participation in electronic auctions, placing bids and monitoring negotiations. * Monitoring of auctions until completion (bidding phase, qualification, appeals, and results). * Sorting and organizing company documentation (certificates, legal and tax qualification documents). * Organizing technical documentation for products subject to tender. * Preparing and presenting daily reports on process monitoring and performance. * Maintaining deadline tracking and updating registration data on public portals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Law, Public Management, Economics, or related fields. * Experience with tender processes and electronic auctions is desirable.
