Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will support the procurement department, ensuring efficient production supply and strong supplier relationships within a collaborative, results-oriented environment. The **Purchasing Assistant** will be responsible for supporting the procurement department, contributing to efficient production supply and positive supplier relationships. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Obtain price, delivery time, and payment condition quotations from suppliers; * Issue, track, and manage purchase orders; * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of direct and indirect production materials; * Maintain an updated supplier database; * Support inventory control and purchasing needs assessment; * Verify invoices, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents; * Collaborate closely with production, finance, and logistics departments; * Assist in negotiations with suppliers to secure better cost and delivery terms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of quotation processes, purchase order management, and inventory control; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Basic understanding of negotiation and supplier relationship management; * Logical reasoning and numerical calculation skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits** * 5% attendance bonus; * VR Benefits Card; * Life insurance; * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * Health plan with employee contribution; * Dental plan with employee contribution; * Free parking. **Learn About Juntos Somos \+ Pró** For over 85 years, our story has been built daily with one shared purpose: caring for the comfort and quality of life of generations of Brazilians.
