Provide support for company registration, modification, and dissolution The role involves executing corporate legalization routines with public agencies at municipal, state, and federal levels. Responsibilities include updating negative certificates, licenses, and registrations with agencies such as the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Municipal Government (Prefeitura), State Tax Authority (Sefaz), ANVISA, AFE, and others. The role also entails controlling and organizing documents in systems like Domínio and ONVIO, as well as in internal spreadsheets. Direct support will be provided to management regarding company registration, modification, dissolution, and suspension, ensuring documentary and regulatory compliance throughout these processes. * Monitor ongoing procedures with public administration (municipal, state, and federal); * Request and renew various negative certificates and licenses; * Update registrations and documentation in systems (Domínio, ONVIO) and internal control spreadsheets; * File and monitor registrations with agencies including the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Municipal Government (Prefeitura), State Tax Authority (Sefaz), ANVISA, AFE, and other regulatory entities; * Assist management with routines related to company registration, modification, dissolution, and suspension; * Perform basic configurations in the Conta Azul system for clients, including parameter settings, registrations, and issuance of invoices; * Guide clients on correct usage of the Conta Azul software, answering questions and providing technical\-operational support; * Ensure proper organization and timely updating of legal documentation for client companies.
