Job Summary: Support the development and execution of real estate projects by providing assistance in project planning, legalization processes, and construction site monitoring, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Analysis of materials and architectural and landscape design projects Support the development and execution of real estate projects, including assistance with project planning, legalization, finish specification, material selection, furniture procurement, and construction site monitoring, ensuring technical alignment, quality, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Procurement and review of architectural, interior design, and landscape design projects; * Support in specifying finishes for real estate developments; * Monitoring of descriptive specifications for real estate developments; * Procurement and supervision of model unit and decorated unit construction; * Review of marketing materials produced by the marketing team; * Procurement and support in developing renderings and scale models; * Land and project legalization with competent authorities; * Procurement and preparation of documents required for property registration at the notary office; * Technical support to construction teams regarding project-related queries; * Monitoring of model apartment construction; * Monitoring of completion and procurement of common-area furniture; * Additionally, perform related tasks as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. **Additional Information** * **Internship stipend**: R$1\.500,00; (6h/day) * **Meal or Food Allowance**: (R$ 32.00/day); * **Transportation Voucher**: Facilitating your commute. **Join our team!** **Find your place with us.** -----------------------------------
