




Job Summary: Plan and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring traceability and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of failure analysis (RCM, FMEA, Pareto) Responsibilities and Activities Plan and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Schedule work orders according to operational priorities Manage backlog and asset criticality Maintain technical records and equipment history Support identification of critical assets and maintenance strategies Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, plan adherence) Ensure traceability and document organization Support audits (ISO, BRC, MAPA, customers) Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Safety, and Warehouse REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or related fields Experience as PCM in an industrial environment Experience in heavy industrial maintenance Proficiency in Excel and maintenance systems (CMMS / ERP) Knowledge of maintenance KPIs Familiarity with asset management and lifecycle concepts Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 55001 is a plus) ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in PCM structure development Audit experience Knowledge of failure analysis (RCM, FMEA, Pareto) Benefits Market-competitive salary; 5% attendance bonus; Meal card (Alelo); Life insurance; On-site meals (at no cost); Benefits club offering discounts at various establishments.
