Job Summary:
An operational professional responsible for ensuring workplace safety through inspections, guidance, training, and regulatory compliance monitoring.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 — 5 days/week
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT
Conduct safety inspections across company departments;
Guide employees on safety rules and procedures;
Deliver training sessions and Daily Safety Talks (DDS);
Investigate accidents and propose preventive actions;
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE);
Prepare safety reports and documentation;
Track expiration dates of medical examinations, trainings, and certifications;
Monitor operational activities to prevent risks;
Support occupational health and safety initiatives;
Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs).
**Requirements:**
Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs);
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
