Job Summary: An HR professional to operate across various HR subsystems, provide support to managers in People Management processes, and conduct recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management; * Experience in HR, Recruitment Processes, and related areas; * Preferred: Familiarity with the Sólides platform and Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Operating across multiple HR subsystems; * Supporting managers in People Management processes and policies; * Conducting step-by-step recruitment processes; * Supporting employees; * Participating in internal marketing initiatives; * And other duties associated with the role. **Compensation:** * Salary commensurate with industry standards. * Transportation Allowance; Food Allowance (R$300.00\); Meal Allowance (R$22.47 per working day); Life Insurance; Pharmacy Benefit; Dental Plan; Health Plan; Partnership with SEST/SENAT.
