Opportunity for the team’s technical development The **Nursing Coordinator** plays an essential role in the hospital environment, ensuring that all medical-surgical supplies used in clinical and surgical procedures are properly cleaned, prepared, sterilized, stored, and distributed. **Salary:** R$ 6.650,00 **Total Remuneration:** R$ 8.304,20 **Workload:** 220h (Mon-Fri) **Modality:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and manage staff schedules and staffing levels based on daily care needs, considering care complexity, assistance demand, and professional availability; * Prepare management reports based on indicators and goals, organizing and analyzing data within established deadlines, ensuring information is complete, clear, accurate, and supportive of decision-making and continuous improvement of care; * Act as a knowledge multiplier and coordinate the technical care provided by the nursing team, developing the team’s technical skills; * Monitor team performance and productivity through regular evaluations and meetings with clinical departments, using metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for technical development and ensure improved patient care; * Monitor and act upon patient quality and safety indicators, ensuring timely handling of notifications in the system, guaranteeing that patient quality and safety are maintained throughout the entire care process; * Coordinate and supervise technical team activities to ensure quality and safety in care delivery, humanized care, team engagement, and smooth departmental operations, promoting high-quality, safe patient care; * Disseminate and reinforce clinical protocols and routines among the team, training professionals and ensuring all are aligned and informed about procedures and operational standards to be followed; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; * Postgraduate degree in the field of practice is desirable; * Valid registration with the Professional Council; * Advanced Office software package; * Experience in Emergency Departments. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance; * Cafeteria; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan; * Gym Benefit Plan; * SESC benefits; * Day Off.
