Opportunity for professional growth with experience in other areas **JOB: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **Work Location:** Glass, mirror, and stained-glass factory – **Ipiranga District** (preference for residents of the area or nearby neighborhoods) **Responsibilities:** * Load and unload glass, mirrors, and stained-glass panels; * Organize and store items in the warehouse; * Provide logistical and operational support to the factory; * Handle heavy materials responsibly, paying close attention to product-specific safety requirements; * Collaborate with the production team across various routine tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (minimum); * No restrictions for physically demanding work/heavy lifting; * Proactivity, physical stamina, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team and attention to detail; * Prior experience is not required, but experience in operational, industrial, or logistics activities will be considered an advantage. **If you have Office Suite skills or experience in other areas, there is potential for promotion.** **Cell phone use inside the factory and smoking are strictly prohibited.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Starting salary: R$ 1.700,00 CLT * Additional R$ 200,00 attendance bonus (awarded if no absences occur during the month, including medical certificates) * After probation period: salary increases to R$ 1.900,00 * Transportation voucher * On-site meals (symbolic monthly deduction of R$ 60,00) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary Range: R$1.900,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
