We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Technician** to participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies, programs, and procedures. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Propose improvements to area routines and processes; * Populate area performance indicators; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Provide support to employees on matters related to the area; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required. * Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies, programs, and procedures; * Inspect workplaces, facilities, and equipment to verify safety conditions; * Conduct occupational health and safety diagnostics; * Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Identify variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection; * Monitor general collective protection conditions, providing guidance and proposing corrective measures; * Assist in drafting occupational safety regulations; * Promote awareness campaigns on accident prevention; * Investigate accident occurrences; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Conduct safety dialogues; * Perform occupational measurements (e.g., noise, heat exposure, temperature, lighting, among others); * Deliver training courses aligned with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and accident prevention principles; * Investigate and analyze occupational accidents, recommending preventive and control measures; * Record irregularities and compile accident statistics; * Manage, within the system, PPE records, certificates, and other relevant documentation; * Update and maintain PPRA and PCMSO programs in the Human Resources System; * Issue and manage safety service orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical-level course in Occupational Safety; * Basic computer skills; * Proficiency in MS Office suite tools; * Proficiency in Google suite tools **Additional qualifications considered advantageous:** * Skill in using spreadsheet formulas to automate data entry; * Data analysis and manipulation to generate actionable insights.
