Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Electromechanical Technician (PJ) for electrical and mechanical maintenance, with emphasis on rapid diagnostics and equipment availability. We seek an Industrial Electromechanical Technician (PJ) with practical experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in aluminum extrusion and/or electrostatic painting environments. ✅ Desired profile: hands-on, rapid diagnostic capability, focused on equipment availability, safety, and definitive solutions. Location: Aparecida de Goiânia/GO Contract type: PJ (service provision) Remuneration: to be agreed upon (based on seniority and process experience) **Responsibilities** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (mechanical and electrical). Diagnose failures in electrical control systems, panels, sensors, motors, and instruments. Work with motors, inverters/soft-starters (diagnosis and basic adjustments where applicable). Mechanical maintenance: bearings, gearboxes, transmission systems, adjustments and alignments, as well as routine pneumatic/hydraulic tasks. Support the production floor with focus on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring process stability. Complete records/checklists and follow safety practices (LOTO where applicable). Requirements: Proven experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance. Ability to read diagrams and practical experience with electrical control systems. Practical experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. Proactive, organized, and hands-on profile. Availability for on-site work in Aparecida de Goiânia/GO. Active CNPJ (or willingness to register one). **Advantages** Experience with aluminum extrusion (presses, furnaces, saws, stretchers, tables/conveyors). Experience with electrostatic painting (booths, spray guns, curing ovens, exhaust systems/conveyors). Knowledge of TPM/Lean, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis. NR10 certification and practical safety/LOTO experience.
