Job Summary: Work as an Onsite Operations Analyst – Generalist HR, monitoring electronic timekeeping, clarifying payroll and benefits-related questions, delivering training sessions, and managing uniforms and PPE. Supporting the recruitment team and executing personnel administration routines Onsite Operations Analyst \- Generalist HR **Salary:** R$ 3406.48 **Working Hours / Shift Schedule:** Monday to Friday – According to rotating shift schedule (No fixed hours – 8-hour daily workload \+ 50% overtime pay for additional hours worked \+ 20% night shift allowance for night shifts) **Employment Type:** CLT (Probationary period: 45 \+ 45 days) **Work Location:** CD \- Alameda Aeroporto, s/n, qd 00, lt 00, galpão 1, módulo 1 to 9, 15 to 23, Santa Genoveva International Airport. **Benefits:** **Meal Voucher (VR):** R$ 34.00/day paid via Ifood card. **Deduction:** 10% of the total monthly amount. **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 400.00/month paid directly into bank account. **Deduction:** R$ 5.00/month. Conduct on\-boarding and in-person training for the team. Manage uniforms and PPE. Support the recruitment team with inquiries about open positions. Execute personnel administration routines. Serve as a generalist HR professional across all areas. Implement internal marketing initiatives / commemorative campaigns. **Requirements:** Own means of transportation. Generalist HR profile. Experience in personnel administration routines. Experience in the HR field. Flexibility to work across different shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night). Proficiency in Excel and online tracking systems. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience managing employees in Distribution Centers (DC)/Logistics.
