We seek people who share this energy and are ready to make a difference. **Join us in transforming the present and building the future.** **Here, your ideas are heard, your talent gains space, and your purpose achieves real impact.** **Responsibilities and Duties** What you will develop: * Map, structure, and improve the company’s internal processes to enhance efficiency and standardization. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements that optimize routines and increase departmental productivity. * Develop automations and digital solutions to simplify operational activities. * Support the company’s strategic projects by organizing requests, tracking action plans, and connecting different departments. * Structure materials, workflows, and documentation to support process governance and organization. * Identify opportunities to apply **automation and artificial intelligence** to improve processes and work routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we seek: * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as **Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines**. * Experience in **process mapping and improvement (To Be / As Is)**. * Knowledge of **productivity and automation tools**, such as Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate (or similar tools). * Ability to **structure workflows, documentation, and operational routines** in an organized and clear manner. * Experience working **cross-functionally across different business areas**. * Analytical mindset, with strong problem identification skills and ability to propose practical improvements. **Additional Information** Working with us offers an innovative and collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
