We are looking for a Senior Store Operator to join our team at Stilo A Calçados \- Shopping Cerrado. As a Store Operator, you will be essential in ensuring the efficiency and success of our store. Your primary responsibility will be customer service, but you will also be responsible for various other tasks that contribute to the store’s daily operations. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance to ensure they have the best possible experience in our store. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting stock counts, and ensuring products are always available and well-organized. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to maintaining a clean and presentable store. You will also be responsible for processing sales, operating the point-of-sale system, and managing the store’s financial transactions. Your ability to work collaboratively and your customer-oriented mindset are fundamental qualities for this role. Prior experience in retail operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
