Duties include assisting customers with product selection, managing window displays, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and appealing environment. Main Responsibilities: * Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, assist with size/style selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience. * Organization and Restocking: Fold clothes, organize racks and counters, and replenish merchandise from inventory to the sales floor. * Sales and Cash Register: Conduct sales transactions, process payments, issue invoices, and assist with returns/exchanges. * Visual Merchandising: Assist in setting up window displays and pricing products. Desired Profile: * Skills: Clear communication, proactivity, courtesy, organization, and teamwork. * Experience: Typically in retail, with good demeanor and willingness to learn about fashion. * Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break. Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
