If you identify with these values and seek an environment where honesty and resilience are fundamental, we want you on our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Budgeting and Planning Assistant** to join our team and support the development of civil construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **technical and economic feasibility studies for housing projects**; * Prepare **construction budgets** based on **tables extracted** from **Revit** projects, or via **quantity takeoffs** from **AutoCAD** project drawings; * Prepare **budgets and documentation required for financing housing projects with financial institutions**; * Develop **detailed construction budgets**, including quantity takeoffs and **cost composition**; * Support **project budget planning and control** for ongoing projects by monitoring production and analyzing deviations between planned vs. actual performance; * **Assist in planning future construction projects** by assembling **service cost compositions**, and enabling feedback **between the cost control and planning department**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Experience in **construction budgeting**; * Proficiency in **intermediate or advanced Excel**; * **Organization, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using **Revit for quantity takeoffs**; * Familiarity with cost tables and compositions (e.g., SINAPI, TCPO, etc.). **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher; * Group Life Insurance; * Breakfast and Afternoon Snack; * Health Plan (Unimed, effective after 90 days); * Transportation Voucher; * Parking Partnership; * Leisure Incentive (OnHappy); * Partnerships with educational institutions (Ipog, FGV, USP); * Language school partnerships (Open English); * Mental health support (Moodar). **Throughout our history, CCB has built far more than a brand.** We continuously elevate our quality standards and deliver projects that reinforce this successful trajectory.
