Rui Barbosa, in the Serrinha district \| GOIÂNIA \- GO (This position is available for PRESENCE ONLY).** Role Summary: Responsible for supporting the agency’s technology and innovation hub, directly implementing and managing clients’ CRM (Kommo), providing support for client interactions, organizing data, and assisting in building dashboards and automations. Acts as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring delivery quality, process organization, and continuous improvement in tool usage. Key Responsibilities: * Support the implementation and management of CRM (Kommo) for the agency's clients. * Configure pipelines, stages, fields, and basic automations according to the playbook. * Perform maintenance and organization of clients’ databases. * Provide technical and operational support to internal teams and clients during interactions. * Monitor KPIs and assist in updating dashboards and reports. * Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in CRM processes. * Support operational training for clients, ensuring good tool usability. * Ensure activities are completed within defined deadlines and standards. * Participate in team management rituals (daily, weekly, etc.). * Document processes, workflows, and CRM best practices. * Use AI tools to increase productivity in operational routines. Hard Skills (Specific Technical Skills): * CRM: Basic knowledge of CRM usage, configuration, and operation (Kommo is a plus). * Data & Reporting: Basic understanding of KPIs, data organization, and dashboard updates. * Automation: Initial understanding of workflows, pipelines, and simple automations. * Digital Tools: Familiarity with management tools, spreadsheets, and digital environments.
