We are seeking a talent for the position of Senior Fixed Assets Analyst.

**Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will work at the Equatorial Goiás unit in Goiânia \- GO, and will be responsible for managing the company’s fixed assets.**
Below are some of the challenges you’ll face daily:
* Lead the monthly fixed assets closing process;
* Ensure integration and reconciliation with the general ledger;
* Review depreciation, amortization, and disposal entries;
* Prepare explanatory notes and management reports;
* Analyze significant variances (CAPEX, depreciation, *impairment*);
* Design and monitor internal controls;
* Investigate and resolve physical vs. accounting discrepancies;
* Serve as the focal point during external audits;
* Draft technical memoranda and support accounting positions;
* Configure and optimize fixed assets modules in SAP FI\-AA;
Redesign end\-to\-end processes (acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, disposal);
* Implement automation and systemic improvements;
* Ensure data quality and governance of fixed assets master data;
* Assess the impact of fixed assets on key performance indicators (EBITDA, CAPEX, ROIC);
* Support investment feasibility studies;
* Monitor asset efficiency and utilization;
* Identify risks and opportunities (obsolescence, idleness, over-capitalization).
**Requirements and qualifications**
For this opportunity, we expect the following from you:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Economics and/or Accounting;
* Advanced expertise in fixed assets accounting;
* Experience in CAPEX management.
