




Job Summary: We are seeking an SDR professional passionate about sales and focused on identifying and qualifying leads to drive the success of small and medium-sized enterprises. We provide small and medium-sized enterprises with digital solutions as extraordinary as their physical counterparts. \#JoinPoli Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting leads generated by the marketing team via support channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, Meet, and others); identifying and qualifying potential customers through research and analysis of the lead’s context; * Updating and managing all lead contact activities in the CRM; * Collaborating closely with the sales team by forwarding qualified opportunities and assisting in developing commercial strategies; * Responding to leads and scheduling meetings with the sales team. What we’re looking for in you: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Excellent verbal communication skills; commercial profile (persuasive communication and strategic mindset); * Strong enthusiasm for making outbound calls; * Adaptability—we operate in an environment of constant change; * Customer obsession—our goal is to help companies take off with Poli; * Strong desire for growth—people development is central to our culture; * Potential to become a closer in the medium term; * Commitment to achieving targets; * Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
