We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Analyst** to strengthen Aliare’s **Growth/Revenue area**. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a strategic focus on **Performance Copywriting and Paid Media**. You will not only craft persuasive messages but also manage and optimize acquisition and nurturing campaigns. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Advanced Channel Management:** Plan, configure, and manage paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads), ensuring maximum budget efficiency and ROI/ROAS focus. * **Experimentation Culture (CRO):** Conduct structured A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, applying rigorous statistical methods to validate hypotheses, mitigate risks, and scale what delivers results. * **Data Analysis and KPIs:** Monitor and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate), refining bids and adjusting messaging in real time based on evidence. * **Institutional Stewardship:** Ensure consistency of Aliare’s brand voice, safeguarding alignment between ad promises and user experience on the platform/product. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Solid Experience:** Proven track record as a Performance Analyst or Copywriter focused on measurable outcomes and technical autonomy. * **Industry Expertise:** Prior experience at Technology, SaaS, ERP companies, or within the **Agribusiness** sector will be considered a strategic advantage. * **Conversion Portfolio:** Ability to present campaign case studies where *storytelling* and psychological triggers directly impacted sales metrics. * **B2B Funnel Mastery:** Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and sales funnel stages in highly complex markets. * **Required Tech Stack:** Proficient operation of marketing management and automation tools, including **HubSpot**, Reportei, and Deskfy, plus application of Artificial Intelligence (Gemini/ChatGPT) to boost productivity and analysis. * **Analytical Capability:** Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Reportei) and advanced technical management of advertising platforms. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Business Administration**, or related fields (Engineering and IT degrees also welcome, provided there is marketing specialization). **Technical Certifications (Seniority Differentiators):** * Certification in **Google Ads** (Search, Display, and Video Networks). * Certification in **Meta Blueprint** (Ads Management). * Specialization or extension courses in **Copywriting, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)**, or **Neuromarketing**. **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready for new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous evolution to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
