




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for initiating and monitoring projects, ensuring the updating of information in internal systems, handling registration procedures, and developing projects using tools such as AutoCAD. Interaction with clients and teams to ensure process progress **Responsibilities:** Initiate projects and ensure timely updating of information in company systems; handle registration records in the form of files, photos, videos, and forms generated for construction site monitoring within our internal network and SOPHA (SGI); coordinate with the factory regarding deadlines for execution of detailed designs and preliminary designs; schedule site visits; monitor the client portfolio and contact the site engineer or responsible person to conduct follow-ups ensuring smooth process progression; manage the project portfolio in coordination with the Lead Project Designer; undertake business trips together with the Technical Measurer and/or Technical Supervisor; develop projects using AutoCAD, drawing sheets, descriptive documents, and other tools; receive project folders from the sales department to initiate new projects; review project-related documentation; comply with technical standards and procedures; perform duties inherent to the position. Mandatory Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree from the 7th semester onward in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields; experience with AutoCAD-based projects; architectural detailing, architectural surveys, and furniture detailing; integration of third-party projects; knowledge of window, carpentry, and interior detailing; advanced AutoCAD 2D; Microsoft Office suite; detailed design projects; preliminary door design projects; ability to read and interpret technical drawings; willingness to travel. Desirable Requirements: Driver’s license category B; knowledge of 3D software.
