All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor regional CD operations via KPIs; * Act as the “bridge” between CD × transporter × region; * Address documentation errors, recurring delays, and route failures; * Conduct meetings with transporters and local CDs; * Monitor volumes, peaks, and regional constraints; * Manage 12–15 transporters; * Conduct weekly and monthly meetings; * Ensure SLA compliance and drive improvement actions; * Align capacity, reinforcements, routes, and peaks; * Enforce quality standards (loading, cargo handling, delivery); * Negotiate operational adjustments and freight rate improvements, when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong experience in road distribution transportation. * Experience in logistics, transportation, and in-house operations. **Additional information** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher. * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Superior Performance Bonus; * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program. **Schedule**: To be defined \- must have schedule flexibility \- on-site **Location:** Anápolis GO, BR153, KM 02, No. 3621 \- Urban Zone, Fazenda Barreiro do Meio We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers, composed of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
