Customer support and assistance * Perform preliminary phases to initiate software implementation at the client's company, including software installation and configuration on machines. * Conduct system usage training, covering operations from basic to advanced levels. * Provide customer assistance, delivering targeted support to companies with recent implementations, enabling closer follow-up and resolution of client inquiries. * Assist the company's support team by handling phone calls when necessary, providing support to system users. Job Requirements: * Qualifications: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred; Computer literacy; Driver's license category B * Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills; Customer service experience is desirable; Willingness to travel.
