We look forward to your application as we build a safer future together! **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure compliance with technical standards, legal regulations, internal policies of the institution, and internal security regulations; Supervise patrol execution, inspect security equipment, and identify high-risk areas, proposing corrective and preventive actions; Monitor security performance indicators, analyze data, and propose improvements; Coordinate the security and reception team, promoting engagement, clear task delegation, operational meetings, and alignment with institutional objectives; Respond to operational demands within the department, providing support to other departments and acting as the liaison between security and other organizational areas; Lead the maintenance of internal order and discipline, adopting appropriate measures in response to abnormal situations; Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal norms and procedures related to physical security; Contribute to strategic planning for the security department, prioritizing actions based on risk analysis and organizational goals—with focus on resource optimization and tangible results; Identify opportunities to improve security processes, fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous learning; Practice clear, assertive, and empathetic communication with the team and other departments, promoting a collaborative environment; Exercise results-oriented leadership, encouraging discipline, accountability, and cooperation; Stimulate technical and behavioral development of team members through training, feedback, and performance monitoring; Prepare periodic security reports, documenting incidents, actions taken, and outcomes achieved; Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and incidents, identifying underlying causes and proposing preventive and corrective actions; Monitor and report deviations, vulnerabilities, and non-conformities to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: Completed High School Education Experience in leadership roles within property security or surveillance.
