If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct operational and process audits at transshipment hubs, branches, and logistics partners across the national territory. * Assess process compliance with internal procedures, SLAs, corporate policies, and legal requirements. * Map operational workflows (receiving, sorting, warehousing, cross\-docking, loading, and distribution). * Identify operational failures, process deviations, bottlenecks, and operational risks. * Analyze KPIs such as damages, losses, productivity, dwell time, and lead time. * Prepare technical audit reports containing evidence, diagnoses, and structured action plans. * Monitor implementation and effectiveness of action plans in coordination with local and regional leadership. * Act as an agent of continuous improvement, disseminating operational best practices across units. * Support standardization of processes between owned and outsourced facilities. * Conduct on-site and remote audits, based on operational criticality. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Desired professional experience in: o Operational or logistics process auditing o Transportation, distribution, or logistics operations **Additional information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Commuter Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance;  **Work Model: On-site** **Schedule**: To be defined \- Must have schedule flexibility **Location**: Anápolis GO, BR153, KM 02, Nº 3621 \- Urban Zone, Fazenda Barreiro do Meio We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, delivering customer-focused solutions centered on patients and consumers, composed of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
