Opportunity for professional growth **Main Responsibilities** * Pick refrigerated products according to sales orders and delivery notes. * Verify quantities, codes, batches, and expiration dates during picking. * Organize and store merchandise in cold rooms and stock areas, adhering to storage standards. * Assist in loading and verifying orders destined for shipment. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace in compliance with safety regulations and good storage practices. * Follow temperature control and product preservation procedures. * Assist in conducting inventories and stock counts. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or products with inadequate expiration dates. * Safeguard company equipment, tools, and assets. * Strictly comply with Occupational Safety regulations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Elementary education * Experience in warehouse, logistics, merchandise picking, or shipping is a plus. * Availability to work in a refrigerated environment. * Good physical condition for handling loads. * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Desired Competencies** * Agility in order picking. * Organization and discipline. * Attention and concentration. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. **Benefits** * Salary **Shift A:** R$ 2.156,00 comprised of base salary + 20% hazard pay + shift allowance or 9 hours of overtime. ***Shift A schedule: 06:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday + Saturday 06:00 to 10:00*** * Salary **Shift C:** R$ 2.390,00 comprised of base salary + 20% hazard pay + night shift allowance. ***Shift C schedule: 20:00 to 04:00 Sunday to Thursday*** * Meal voucher. * Dental plan. * Life insurance. * Food basket. * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher. * Opportunity for professional growth. **Work Location:** Aparecida de Goiânia – GO. **Industry Segment:** Refrigerated food distribution to supermarket chains, wholesalers, and retailers.
