**Assembly Assistant (Optical Assembler)** **Responsibilities:** \- Assembly of eyeglasses \- Lens cutting \- Organization of assembly workflows. \- Inspection of item quality. \- Verification of proper product functionality after assembly. \- Maintenance of a clean and organized workplace. \- Compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** No prior experience in this field is required; we provide comprehensive training for the position. Experience in this field is considered a plus, and experience in production lines is also considered a plus. **Salary: R$ 2\.050,00 \+ Performance and productivity bonus** **Benefits: Career development plan, Transportation allowance, Performance and productivity bonus, and SESC.** Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift. Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00. Saturdays: 09:00 to 18:00 Flexible availability is required, as the schedule will be directly coordinated with the store manager according to store needs.
