We are a Great Place to Work (GPTW) at heart and operate with integrity, transparency, and a deep appreciation for people. **Job Description:** This role will play a strategic part in architecting and building AI-, data-, and distributed-systems-based solutions, with emphasis on scalability, governance, and value generation for consulting, auditing, and BPO areas. The candidate will be responsible for leading engineering teams and developing core platform layers, including data integration, AI services, agentic workflows, business semantic modeling, and AI-agent-based systems. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * **Platform Technical Leadership** * Lead the architecture and technical evolution of the ALZ AI OS, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability; * Design distributed systems based on event\-driven architecture; * Define engineering standards for building AI Services, cognitive workflows, and agent-based systems; * Ensure best practices for AI in production, including observability, traceability, and output quality control. * **AI Platform Architecture** * Design and evolve AI Services architecture using agent orchestration frameworks; * Define standards for cognitive workflows and human\-in\-the\-loop agent systems; * Oversee integration among AI models, Data Products, and the business semantic layer (ontologies and knowledge graphs); * Ensure platform scalability across multiple clients. * **Data Integration and Data Products** * Define data ingestion architecture from enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and others); * Oversee development of Data Products connected to the platform’s semantic layer; * Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and lineage. * **Team Leadership** * Lead and develop teams of AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Platform Engineers; * Foster an engineering culture focused on technical excellence and value creation; * Encourage collaboration among engineering, product, and business teams; * Participate in hiring, mentoring, and talent development. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What will we evaluate?** * Bachelor's degree in fields such as **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines**; * Proven experience in **software engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering**; * Experience technically leading teams or complex platform projects; * Experience in **distributed and event\-driven system architecture**; * Hands-on experience building and operating **AI systems or LLMs in production**; * Experience with **cloud platforms (preferably Azure) or equivalent providers**; * Ability to operate in highly complex, rapidly evolving technological environments; * Strong technical communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with LLMs, agent systems, or Agentic AI in production; * Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, embeddings, or semantic knowledge retrieval; * Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic modeling; * Experience with Data Lakehouse architectures or Data Products; * Experience in startup environments or zero\-to\-one projects. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals with an owner mindset—those who believe in the business, drive results, and are self-motivated.
