We are looking for someone with consulting experience, business acumen, agility in managing recruitment processes, and the ability to serve as a trusted partner to leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * End\-to\-end management of recruitment and selection processes—from profile alignment through to position closure; * Consultative collaboration with managers to support technical profile definition and strategic hiring decisions; * Proactive talent hunting and market mapping for strategic positions; * Conducting competency-based interviews and rigorous behavioral assessments; * Ensuring a memorable and positive candidate and manager experience; * Monitoring Recruitment & Selection (R\&S) metrics and proposing continuous improvements to processes, tools, and internal policies; * Managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining organization, prioritization, and delivery quality; * Providing market intelligence to support hiring decisions and employer branding strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What will we evaluate?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably within HR consulting firms; * Experience filling roles across various levels—including executive and strategic positions; * Proficiency in talent hunting techniques and advanced search methodologies; * Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills; * Resilient profile, comfortable operating in dynamic, high-demand environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in fast-growing organizations; * Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms; * Knowledge of behavioral assessment methodologies. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals with an owner’s mindset—those who believe in the business, drive results, and are self-motivated; who take ownership and accountability for their outcomes, adopt a consultative approach, and focus on internal customers; who pursue excellence, quality, and innovation—and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and propose improvements.
