We are looking for a **Process Consultant** to act strategically, lead efficiency initiatives, and strengthen organizational governance and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a reference in Change Management, promoting adoption, engagement, communication, and sustainability of organizational changes in projects and strategic initiatives. * Apply methodologies for process mapping and regulatory documentation, ensuring continuous improvement and resource optimization. * Implement improvements in the operationality of products and services, ensuring excellence standards. * Provide technical consulting to business areas and affiliated cooperatives, guiding diagnostics and actions to improve process efficiency. * Lead strategic projects related to process review and improvement, aligned with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile). * Structure and operate a Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring governance, standardization, and monitoring of corporate projects. * Monitor and propose actions to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), aligned with strategic priorities. * Lead governance programs such as PDGC, ensuring compliance with guidelines and process excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Information Technology, or Engineering. * Languages: Intermediate or advanced English. * Solid experience in process management, project management, and continuous improvement. * Change Management, including methodologies and frameworks for organizational adoption (e.g., ADKAR, PROSCI). * Desired: Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus; postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields; knowledge of methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma, Kanban, Design Thinking. * Process Management and Organizational Modeling. * Project Management (PMI, Agile) and Strategic Planning. * Project Management Tools (MS Project, Jira). * Advanced Excel and indicator analysis. * Continuous Improvement Methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma). * Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead teams and persuade stakeholders. * Systems Thinking: Anticipate internal and external challenges, proposing innovative solutions. * Effective Communication: Present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. * Results Orientation: Focus on efficiency, quality, and value creation. * Adaptability: Operate effectively in dynamic environments subject to constant change. * Problem Solving: Resolve complex issues with strategic vision. * Willingness to travel **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Meal allowance/food voucher * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Wellhub * Zenklub **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
