Direct interface with the board of directors/board of advisors **EXPECTATIONS:** Irmãos Soares seeks a Financial Manager with strong analytical capability, short- and medium-term vision, and real growth potential to become CFO. The position leads finance and accounting departments, supported by structured teams and operations already executed by the team. The manager's primary role is to analyze, interpret, forecast, and communicate financial data to support the company's strategic decisions. This professional will have direct interface with the board of directors/board of advisors, requiring strong communication skills, clarity, and executive maturity. Team structure under management: * Accounting Manager / Accounting Coordination * Finance Coordination * Total team size: approx. 10 people (5 in accounting / 5 in finance) * Maximum team size: up to 12 people **RESPONSIBILITIES** Management of the company's finance and accounting routines. Cash flow control and forecasting. Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations. Interface with external accounting firms. Ensuring accuracy of financial information and adherence to deadlines. Primarily operational role, with gradual evolution toward managerial oversight. Management and development of the finance team (including long-tenured professionals). Support in structuring financial processes and controls. Use of Sandri systems (traditional ERP for the construction sector) and future migration/adoption of Santre. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. A financially robust professional with strong operational foundation. Practical experience in finance, accounting, and cash flow management. Organizational ability, financial control, and discipline. Hands-on profile, combined with vision for advancement into management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead experienced teams. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in multinational companies, preferably in retail and beverage sectors * Experience with traditional ERPs used in the construction sector * Prior experience in structuring or improving financial processes.
