If you are proactive and seeking continuous growth, join Alianzo! **Job Description** In this role, you will serve as an **AI Engineer**, responsible for designing and developing artificial intelligence agents and cognitive workflows that integrate enterprise data, business ontologies, and advanced language models to support solutions in **Consulting, Audit, and BPO**. We seek a **hands-on professional with strong technical autonomy and systems-oriented vision**, eager to build AI solutions that operate reliably in production and deliver tangible business impact. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * Design and develop **AI agents and cognitive workflows** for enterprise process automation; * Build **reusable AI Services** for various platform modules; * Integrate **language models (LLMs)** with external tools and enterprise systems; * Develop **semantic retrieval (RAG)** pipelines and systems based on vector search and knowledge graphs; * Implement **customer-specific memory and state mechanisms**, ensuring contextual continuity; * Create integrations between AI agents and **enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and data repositories)**; * Develop **human-in-the-loop mechanisms**, ensuring traceability and control in critical processes; * Implement **observability, evaluation, and debugging pipelines for agents in production**; * Collaborate with **Tech Lead, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering teams** to evolve the platform; * Support agent adaptation to **customer-specific contexts**. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What will we evaluate?** * Experience in **software engineering with Python**; * Practical experience with **LLMs, AI agents, or language model-based systems**; * Knowledge of **RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)** architectures; * Familiarity with frameworks for **orchestrating multi-step agents and workflows**; * Experience with **cloud infrastructure and managed services**; * Ability to **debug complex systems and analyze AI model behavior**; * Strong communication skills to explain AI system decisions and functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving orientation. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with **Agentic AI and production multi-agent systems**; * Experience with **GraphRAG or combining vector search with knowledge graphs**; * Exposure to **ontologies or domain semantic modeling**; * Experience with **LLM evaluation (evals) and output quality assessment**; * Experience in **innovation environments, startups, or zero-to-one product development**. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals with an **owner mindset**, who believe in the business and drive results.
