This role requires mid-to-senior-level expertise, with substantial experience and in-depth knowledge of accounting practices. * Perform accounting account reconciliations to ensure accurate balance calculation and integrity of the company's financial information. * Analyze and interpret accounting statements, identifying potential inconsistencies and proposing necessary corrections. * Prepare managerial and financial reports, providing relevant information for management decision-making. * Participate in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and procedures. * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifying questions related to accounting processes. * Monitor accounting and tax legislation to ensure legal compliance and correct application of accounting standards. * Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities, contributing to the company's strategic planning. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize accounting and financial processes. * Support team development by guiding junior and assistant accounting professionals in carrying out their duties.
