Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes across various levels, from resume screening to final candidate delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting recruitment and selection processes 2. Screening and conducting in-person and online interviews 3. Maintaining consistent communication with candidates and managers * Conducting recruitment and selection processes for various levels (operational, technical, strategic, interns, and apprentices); * Screening resumes and conducting in-person and online interviews; * Administering and analyzing tests, group activities, and assessment tools; * Maintaining consistent communication with candidates and managers to ensure alignment and efficiency; * Monitoring the entire selection process, from recruitment through to final delivery of the approved candidate to the client/project. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Humanities, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Prior experience handling high-volume recruitment and selection processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting with diverse audiences; * Willingness to travel nationwide when required. * Driver's license category B. **Compensation:** * Salary commensurate with qualifications and professional experience; * Attendance Bonus: 10%; * Hapvida Health Plan (available after 3 months); * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Remunerated Support for Persons with Disabilities (PCD); * Flash Card: BRL 30.00/day; * Transportation Allowance: 4%; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * SESC partnership, among others. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 | Friday: 08:00–17:00 * Rua Amélia Rosa, Qd.
