




Job Summary: Support teachers and students, ensuring the organization and smooth conduct of classes, as well as performing administrative academic routines. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting teachers and students in a dynamic educational environment. 2. Organizing and managing materials and resources for courses and events. 3. Liaising with the finance department and supporting satisfaction surveys. * Supporting teachers and students during course delivery, ensuring organization, smooth class conduct, and a respectful environment. * Responding to student requests and maintaining constant alignment with teachers and the academic team. * Organizing classrooms, materials, equipment, and resources required for courses and events. * Managing, requesting, and tracking materials, supplies, venue rentals, and coffee services. * Performing administrative academic routines, such as printing and organizing documents, attendance lists, and certificates. * Registering courses and products in internal systems and institutional calendars. * Supporting course, module, and instructor confirmations by verifying operational pending items. * Acting as the liaison with the finance department for document submission, instructor payments, and supply tracking. * Supporting satisfaction surveys, academic meetings, and other departmental requirements. Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Educational Management, or related fields. Experience in public-facing roles. Experience in higher education institutions is a plus. Organization and control of documents and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage.
