Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third-party contractors when issues fall outside our scope, conduct frequent tests and inspections of safety devices, preserve visual appearance and lighting at service points, and implement improvements—all aimed at customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational PC support tasks to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with vendors for technical repairs; configure software; keep point-of-service visual communication updated. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request replacement parts from Logistics via the ETA system tools and logistics carriers. * Grant access to the service point for maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, contractors, or maintenance companies) to repair faults. * Remain vigilant regarding equipment safety devices, checking for signs of tampering or fraud attempts.
