




Function: Responsible for the execution of Civil maintenance services, working in masonry, plastering, painting, aesthetic repairs, and other activities related to the conservation and adaptation of the Shopping areas. Activities: * Inspections and execution of civil maintenance (Preventive and Corrective) in the facility; * Assist / support inspections and maintenance (Preventive and Corrective) on water, sewage, and drainage pipelines; * Inspections and execution of services and cleaning on roofs, gutters, flashing, and other building structures within the facility; * Perform corrective services promptly, ensuring preservation of facilities; * Execute and repair walls, floors, and general structures; * Prepare and apply compound for plastering, leveling, and structural corrections; * Construct and adapt masonry for improvements or requested changes; * Perform internal and external painting on walls, ceilings, structures, and furniture; * Prepare surfaces, including sanding, application of compounds and primers; * Retouch and renew paint in circulation and technical areas as needed; * Identify and perform aesthetic repairs in common areas, including fixing cracks, leaks, and uneven surfaces; * Adjust finishes such as baseboards, ceiling panels, expansion joints, and other decorative or protective elements; * Move, assemble, and adjust shopping mall furniture and assets, ensuring safety and functionality; * Perform minor repairs on furniture such as tables, chairs, counters, supports, doors, windows, locks, among others; * Perform minor carpentry and metalworking repairs and services; * Carry out minor assembly and welding tasks on metal structures; * Adjust assembly systems (such as scaffolding and window frames); * Attend tenants for emergency interventions or clarification of doubts (corrective actions will be subject to prior approval by ALLOS Management); * Report abnormalities or needs for materials and tools required for service execution from Artificer I to OPUS and ALLOS Management; * Daily organization of tools and technical workshops under their responsibility; * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures or maintenance needs, pointing out and recording abnormalities and reporting to ALLOS Management for action towards problem resolution; * Fill out technical reports and maintain detailed records of activities performed; * Work in collaboration with other maintenance and operation teams of the Shopping Mall Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
